Industria, the UK's 13th fastest-growing recruiter specialising in high-volume temporary and permanent staffing (about 5,000 candidates per month), faced a time-consuming, paper-based onboarding process spread across multiple offices that strained resources and made compliance and remote working difficult—especially since COVID. To digitise and integrate their processes with their CRM (RDB ProNet), Industria engaged Secured Signing to provide eForms and online signing capabilities.

Secured Signing built purpose-built HTML eForms, enabled online signing and integrated captured compliance data directly into Industria’s CRM, removing the need to print, scan or manually rekey information. The solution let Industria handle higher volumes without hiring additional staff, saving around 1,250 hours (75,000 minutes) per month—about £12,500 monthly or £150,000 annually—and the equivalent of seven full-time employees, while improving turnaround and compliance.
