National Australia Bank (NAB), one of Australia’s largest financial institutions, needed a scalable way to “shift left” and help its growing population of developers build secure coding skills without pulling them away from delivery work. Secure Code Warrior helped NAB roll out self-paced, engaging security training supported by an internal ambassador program, making it easier to onboard new developers and sustain momentum across teams. The program has already generated 688,017 points, 178.5 hours of training, and 95%+ approval for gamified training and tournaments, while improving security culture, developer confidence, and enabling NAB to roll out the program to 1,500+ developers.
