Poland speeds border control with 77 Secunet easygates

Poland sought to enhance the efficiency and security of its border control operations across multiple international airports. To address this challenge, the country partnered with vendor Secunet Security Networks to implement their easygates automated border control solution.

The solution involved deploying 77 Secunet easygates at seven airports. These eGates, which feature facial recognition and Presentation Attack Detection, allow passengers to cross the border independently and in the shortest possible time. The implementation by Secunet, which included integration with the national border control system and long-term maintenance contracts, greatly optimized the process and reduced the workload for border control officers, setting a new standard for the country's border security.
