Zoom, the global communications company known for meetings, chat, phone, webinars, and conference room systems, needed to roll out updated messaging to its worldwide sales team and improve engagement with its sales certification process. Zoom also wanted a more standardized way to score and coach reps across managers with different levels of experience. To address these challenges, Zoom worked with Second Nature AI and its AI-driven sales coaching software, Jenny.
Second Nature AI helped Zoom replace a traditional certification program with a gamified, team-based competition using AI sales simulations. The approach drove 100% participation, increased practice conversations, and standardized feedback and scoring across the sales organization. On average, each employee completed the simulation three times, with scores landing in the high 80s and low 90s, and sales teams spent more than 300 hours in thousands of simulations with Jenny.
