Check Point Software, a leading cybersecurity company with thousands of sales employees, needed a better way to scale product knowledge certification and coach reps on its expanding cloud security portfolio. Previous training approaches were time-consuming, lacked engagement, and gave managers little visibility into rep performance or improvement. Second Nature AI’s sales coaching platform was introduced to help train employees on messaging, customer conversations, and cloud product knowledge.

Second Nature AI implemented AI-powered pitch simulations that were integrated into Check Point’s LMS, allowing reps to complete exercises in one platform and receive automated scoring and feedback. The solution became the final assessment for Check Point’s “cloud ninja” program, with Jenny, Second Nature’s AI coach, benchmarking reps against key messaging and solution benefits. As a result, training participation grew from a few hundred to over a thousand employees, each employee completed 3x more exercises, 90% preferred Second Nature, and Check Point saw measurable gains in confidence, engagement, and sales productivity.
