Large City Council, a 5,000‑employee municipal organisation, had invested in an on‑premise self‑managed SIEM but was not realising value due to competing IT priorities. They engaged Secon Cyber and adopted Secon Cyber’s ConnectProtect SIEM & SOC as a Service (MDR), ingesting telemetry from technologies including Trend Micro, Active Directory, Cisco ASA and Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco switches, Cisco Umbrella, Clearswift, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Intune.
