Sysadvance Uses Logtunnel To Monitor Production Efficiency Across 2800+ Remote Installations

Sysadvance, a technology company that manufactures gas generation and purification equipment, needed a better way to communicate with and monitor its more than 2,800 remote installations around the world. With many units in hard-to-reach locations, the company lacked real-time visibility into equipment performance, could not easily prove output levels to customers, and struggled to respond quickly to faults. Secomea’s remote access and monitoring tools, including SiteManager, GateManager, LinkManager, and LinkManager Mobile, were introduced to address these challenges.

Secomea, working with Sensordin, implemented a solution that gave Sysadvance 24/7 reliable connectivity, remote maintenance access, alarm notifications by email and SMS, and centralized production monitoring through LogTunnel, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk View SE, and VantagePoint. As a result, one process engineer can track KPIs, OEE, downtime, and production data across the entire network in real time, while Sysadvance now sends monthly performance reports to customers and can detect and fix issues before they escalate. The solution improved service levels, enabled faster troubleshooting, and helped Sysadvance optimize equipment performance and predict component failure.
