Parma Oy, Finland’s largest manufacturer of concrete elements, needed a simpler and more efficient way to manage maintenance across its nine facilities and many automation devices, while keeping its factory network secure and separate from other systems. To address this, Parma chose Secomea Remote Access, including SiteManager Remote Connection Routers, to support centralized remote connection control for maintenance teams and subcontractors.

With Secomea, Parma centralized device and user management through GateManager and used Agent functionality to define access rights by location and device, making it easier for remote users to connect without extra USB sticks or memorizing settings.
