Explosion Power GmbH, a Swiss company that develops boiler-cleaning equipment, needed a better way to monitor more than 400 Shock Pulse Generators operating in over 20 countries. Because the performance of these automated cleaning devices is critical to plant efficiency, the company turned to Secomea for remote monitoring and access support.

Secomea implemented a remote-access solution using SiteManager 1139 units in each control cabinet, with communication over SIM card/mobile network or the customer’s internet connection. The setup, supported by LinkManager, lets Explosion Power monitor equipment performance and maintain clean, efficient boilers while also reducing long-term maintenance and support costs.
