Transformative Learning, an organization that creates Ayurvedic courses and proprietary products, needed to protect confidential training materials, customer and marketing data, product formulas and other IP shared with external partners while retaining full control and visibility over usage. To address this, they selected Seclore and its Rights Management and Classification-Driven Data Protection capabilities.

Seclore implemented automated keyword-driven classification together with Seclore Rights Management (cloud) to apply persistent, granular usage controls (view, edit, copy, print, share, device/IP/time restrictions) and tracking to documents and emails. As a result, Transformative Learning can confidently share sensitive files on the cloud and with third parties, with automatic classification, protection and real-time visibility—reducing IP leakage risk, enabling secure collaboration and supporting compliance and audit reporting.
