Tata STRIVE, a skill development organisation training youth for employment, needed to secure and preserve the integrity of training documents shared with many external partners and to gain visibility into how and by whom content was used. Facing offline access requirements in connectivity-poor areas, Tata STRIVE selected Seclore’s Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) to protect files and monitor usage.

Seclore implemented its ERM to apply persistent, granular rights (view/edit/print/copy/revoke by user, group, device or IP), enable offline and mobile/browser access, set expiries, and provide dashboards and audit reports. As a result, Tata STRIVE can now control and remotely revoke access, track who and how many users accessed materials, confidently use cloud sharing and BYOD, and measure content adoption and usage through Seclore’s reporting.
