A Seclore Case Study

Preview of the Largest Biopharmaceutical Company Case Study

Largest Biopharmaceutical Company - Customer Case Study

Largest Biopharmaceutical Company, an India‑based, innovation‑led biopharma with in‑house R&D and an IP portfolio of 1,201 patent applications, 695 trademark applications and 4 design applications, needed to prevent unauthorized access to confidential IP, clinical and non‑clinical research data and legal agreements. To address this, the organization selected Seclore’s Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) to provide persistent, file‑centric protection across internal teams and external collaborators.

Seclore implemented ERM with granular, persistent rights (who can access, what they can do, for how long and from which device), support for 60+ file types, lightweight agents/browser access, pre‑built SharePoint connectors and robust audit trails. As a result, clinical trial data, research outputs and legal agreements are protected no matter where they are transmitted or when in use; protection rolled out from R&D and Outsource Research into Legal and Finance, enabled secure external collaboration and outsourcing partnerships, and allowed the company to revoke access when relationships end.
