A Secfense Case Study
Sandis, an integrator and software supplier for the insurance industry, faced the challenge of securing 27 diverse applications for over 5,000 users to meet new cybersecurity regulations. The project was complex due to the multitude of systems, various technologies, and different application ages. Sandis partnered with the vendor Secfense to implement its User Access Security Broker solution to apply strong multi-factor authentication without the high cost and complexity of modifying each application's code.
Secfense provided a centralized solution that was implemented quickly without requiring code changes, bypassing the need for a Proof of Concept. The result was that Sandis secured its applications in just a few weeks, protecting over 5,000 users and ensuring compliance with the DORA regulation and recommendations from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
