Seatti implemented its desk booking and management platform directly within Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless integration and easy adoption without training. The solution allowed Sartorius to scale flexible and fixed desk policies across multiple sites. The results included planning over 200,000 office days since 2021, achieving a ratio of 1.6 people per desk in use, and doubling office day usage compared to the first year. Seatti's anonymized analytics also provided data-driven insights for space planning.
