TrackDrive.net, a rapidly growing call-tracking platform that indexes telephone calls and powers near-real-time faceted dashboards, needed a highly available, performant Solr search solution on AWS that could scale dynamically and integrate with Datadog. They selected SearchStax’s Solr-as-a-Service with Gold-level managed support to meet strict uptime (M–F 6am–10pm ET), low-latency, and scalability requirements.

SearchStax deployed a multi-node, load-balanced Solr production cluster, enabled Datadog monitoring, and provided Gold support, completing the migration in under a week. As a result, TrackDrive.net achieved improved availability and latency even as data grew 100% month-over-month, freed engineering resources to focus on product and customer growth, and reported roughly 15x the value versus hiring a dedicated search engineer thanks to SearchStax.
