APQC, a member-based non-profit focused on benchmarking and best practices, needed a modern search experience for its Drupal site that hosts more than 10,000 research items for a global membership. While using self-hosted Solr, APQC found IT could not keep up with a backlog of business-driven search changes and the marketing team had no visibility into search behavior.
