Analog Devices (ADI), a global signal‑processing company, needed to upgrade to Sitecore 9.1 and move its website hosting to Microsoft Azure PaaS while keeping its global search on Solr. To meet requirements for Blue‑Green deployments, high availability, hot disaster recovery and regional compliance, Analog Devices selected SearchStax and its Managed Solr service.

SearchStax implemented Managed Solr with programmatic APIs for Blue‑Green switching, automated backups, security and vanity URLs, and Cross Data Center Replication (CDCR) for hot disaster recovery. As a result, Analog cut cloud deployment costs by more than 80%, reduced RPO from 24 hours to under 10 minutes, and gained automated, near‑zero‑downtime cluster switching for their Sitecore deployment.
