To do this, The Paper Store partnered with Searchspring, using Searchspring’s merchandising features—including Search & Autocomplete—so merchandisers could replicate physical product layouts and respond quickly to trends and seasonality across their Miva-powered site.

Searchspring delivered a drag-and-drop editor plus rules-based merchandising that lets The Paper Store’s team rearrange products in minutes and automatically position items for relevance and promotions. As a result, dozens of category pages and search results are custom-merchandised, pages tied to email and social campaigns surface promoted products, and the team has significantly increased merchandising efficiency and consistency between online and physical stores.
