Sideshow, a specialty manufacturer and retailer of collectible art figures and prints, faced challenges with product findability and relevancy on their native platform. They needed more control to merchandise rare, limited-run items and to manage messaging for out-of-stock, waitlisted, coming-soon, and sale items, as well as to create custom landing pages and flash-sale experiences. As a result, Sideshow achieved its best Black Friday ever in 2021 with record-breaking revenue, improved conversions, and a faster workflow that gave the team more bandwidth for creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
