Peltz Shoes has seen a 12.9% increase in conversions with Personalized Search and Merchandising.

Peltz Shoes, a specialty footwear retailer carrying over 250,000 SKUs and hard-to-find sizes and widths, faced a merchandising challenge: with so many brands, sizes and widths it was difficult to consistently put the right product in front of the right customer. To solve this, Peltz Shoes partnered with Searchspring and piloted Searchspring’s Personalized Search and Merchandising (Personalization) solution to improve product discovery and conversion.

Searchspring implemented Personalized Search and Merchandising and A/B tested it on a women’s sandals campaign—after three weeks the sandals segment saw a 43% lift in conversion and the site recorded a 12.9% overall increase in conversions attributed to the feature. Peltz then rolled the solution site‑wide, driving higher views, more transactions and an improved shopper experience, and Searchspring has since mass‑rolled the feature to other clients.
