Gazman, an Australian menswear brand on Shopify Plus, struggled to present products with a full size curve and had to manually re-arrange listings as stock changed. During a replatform, their agency DotDev recommended Searchspring; Gazman implemented Searchspring’s Category Merchandising and Search & Autocomplete to address merchandising and search gaps.
Searchspring built custom boost rules (including a size‑curve boost), boost/demote logic, pinning, GA-connected reporting and search synonyms to improve results and merchandising agility. The changes drove a 2.5x year‑over‑year increase in revenue attributed to site search, higher search usage and orders, faster workflows, and led Gazman to roll Searchspring out to other Austin Group brands.
