Searchspring worked with Jonathan Adler and Verbal+Visual to analyze product data, add filters like color, material, and collection, automate merchandising, and apply global boost rules for inventory accuracy. The results during the 2021 holiday season: 13% of shoppers used site search, accounting for 38% of orders and 34% of overall revenue, and search users converted at 4x the rate of non-search shoppers.
