BTOsports' conversion rate increased 15% in just three weeks of using Searchspring

BTO Sports is a worldwide online retailer of motocross gear, parts and accessories that struggled with a complex catalog of makes, models, years and SKUs which made front-end shopping difficult. To improve usability and search relevance, BTO Sports partnered with SearchSpring and deployed its Relevancy Suite (Site Search, Autocomplete, Category Navigation, Product Finders, and Product Recommendations), including a new Product Finder.

SearchSpring implemented an above-the-fold Product Finder integrated with the existing Relevancy Suite to surface the most sought-after parts quickly; within three weeks BTO Sports saw conversions rise almost 16%, along with increased page views per visit and a lower bounce rate, showing clear, measurable improvements in product discovery and sales.
