E-Commerce Site iPrice Chooses Searchmetrics To Help Drive Retail Sales Across Southeast Asia

iPrice is a Kuala Lumpur–based e-commerce startup (founded 2014) that helps shoppers across Southeast Asia compare prices for more than 25 million products from 40,000 brands in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Because search drives its business—finding the right traffic and turning visitors into shoppers—iPrice needed an enterprise-level, internationally focused platform and strong support to grow its multinational web presence and improve content quality.

iPrice implemented the Searchmetrics Suite™, using its international search data, content optimization tools and training for 20 editors, plus a prioritized list of 1,000 keywords per target country tracked weekly. The result: rapid, measurable gains — focus-keyword traffic rose 53% in Indonesia and 39% in Thailand over three months, Malaysia rankings improved by 1.3 positions, and nearly 50% of Malaysian organic traffic came from the prioritized keywords — along with improved editorial efficiency and mobile search tracking, delivering a fast path to ROI.
