Searchlight implemented its Predictive Talent Solution and Quality of Hire Analytics, integrating with Verana’s ATS and HRIS in four weeks and adding candidate assessments, reference checks, and onboarding guides. The Searchlight system let Verana set a Quality‑of‑Hire OKR (score above 8), surfaced predictive traits of top performers, created a leading indicator of attrition and performance, automated a three‑hour manual reference process, and helped reduce first‑year attrition—enabling higher‑quality hires and clearer reporting to the CEO and Board.
