Coda, the San Francisco–based all-in-one doc startup valued at $1.4B, needed to scale hiring quickly while maintaining high quality of hire. Searchlight integrated with Coda’s recruiting workflow (Greenhouse) to deliver structured reference reports within 36 hours, saving about 1–2 hours per candidate and enabling Coda to hire three times more people.
