Colive, a major provider of premium rental properties in India, sought to modernize its technology infrastructure to improve scalability, performance, and resilience. The company faced challenges with slow page load times for high-definition property images, which was negatively impacting customer engagement and lead conversion. To address this, Colive partnered with vendor Searce to leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Searce implemented a solution using Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3 to deliver content, drastically reducing image load times from 8-10 seconds to under 1.5 seconds. This modernization effort, which also included moving to .NET Core and adopting Amazon Redshift for data insights, resulted in a 30% increase in sales conversions and a more than 70% reduction in marketing spend due to higher engagement and lower bounce rates.
