How Ujet Increased its Scalability and performance using Multi-Cloud Support through GCP

Ujet, a leading cloud-based contact center solution provider, faced challenges in improving the scalability and performance of its applications. They sought to migrate from AWS EKS to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for better performance and to establish a multi-cloud support system for new customers. They partnered with the vendor, Searce, to address these challenges.

Searce implemented a solution using Terraform infrastructure as code (IaC) and GKE, which significantly increased scalability and performance while reducing operational overhead. The solution also improved manageability through the integration of GSuite, RBAC, and Shared VPC. As a result, Ujet saw performance improvements over its previous AWS environment and achieved a seamless framework for migrating future client workloads to GCP.
