Teleplan Globe Gains Better Traceability with TestTrack

Teleplan Globe AS, a Norwegian consultancy and systems developer in telecom, media and IT, needed better visibility and traceability for its quality assurance work across projects. The company sought end-to-end management of requirements, test cases, defects, and customer feedback to improve tracking of feature requests, issues, change requests and test results.

Teleplan implemented Seapine’s TestTrack enterprise-wide, adding a requirements-management module and the SoloBug customer-feedback solution to import emailed bug reports directly into TestTrack (automatically creating defects). The rollout gave Teleplan complete traceability across the development value chain, clearer QA visibility, streamlined defect handling, and support for off-site acceptance testing.
