March Networks Assures Product Quality with Seapine

March Networks is a global provider of intelligent IP video solutions serving commercial and government customers in over 50 countries. With more than one million video channels and hundreds of clients relying on its systems, the company needed a robust issue-management process to ensure enterprise-level product quality across distributed development teams.

March implemented Seapine’s TestTrack at its Ottawa and Milan offices to track defects, feature and change requests, and test cases, while Milan also uses Surround SCM for configuration management. TestTrack integrated with existing Seapine tools to provide traceability and better control of test cases, defects, and software changes; March Networks reports improved issue management and plans to expand use of Seapine’s ALM suite.
