Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), a global leader in Doppler technology, needed a better way to manage software testing, issues, and requirements across its international operations. Seapine Software implemented Helix ALM to centralize workflows, capture and track issues in real time, and improve requirements analysis for proposals and development. The results included cutting response time from weeks to days, faster onboarding of acquired testing data from weeks to days, and better accuracy in planning and risk assessment. The solution also helped EEC streamline maintenance for 800 to 900 radar systems and improve confidence with customers.
