iOFFICE cuts room-booking steps from 6 to 2 with SeaLab

iOFFICE, a workplace SaaS provider, approached SeaLab to help optimize, modernize, and unify their disparate OpenSpace mobile and desktop applications into a new mobile app called Hummingbird. The primary challenge was to create a cohesive user experience across platforms and reduce the barrier to entry for its users.

SeaLab implemented a solution that included a comprehensive UX audit and overhaul, leading to the creation of a cohesive, white-label design system. This data-driven approach resulted in an intuitive interface that drastically reduced the number of steps needed for key tasks; the process to reserve a room was cut from 6 steps to just 2 taps. SeaLab's work reduced the barrier of entry for daily users by 66%.
