KAEMS is a Korean MRO and government-designated service provider with ~200 employees that specializes in heavy maintenance for B737s and depot work for Korean military aircraft, recently expanding to five bays and A320 capability. As a start-up MRO, KAEMS needed a compliant, end-to-end MRO system to support maintenance quality assurance, process efficiency and regulatory compliance, and selected Seabury Solutions’ Alkym MRO software after an extensive RFP process.

Seabury Solutions implemented the full Alkym suite—configuring the system around KAEMS’ evolving RSQM, providing job-card templates, building an interface to the local ERP (Douzone iU) via a dedicated business analysis effort, and delivering intensive training and 24/7 support. The project was completed in seven months despite limited client resources; KAEMS reports improved operational and financial performance, higher productivity, reduced revenue leakage, automated materials management with automatic “No stock” purchase triggers, better planning and capacity analysis, and streamlined financial reporting through the Alkym–ERP interface.
