A Seabrooks Case Study
Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) is a large community funder and organizer—working with nearly 500 business partners, 90,000 donors and 5,000 volunteers to invest more than $46M annually across 130+ partner programs. VSUW’s challenge was moving from siloed program reporting to a shared data system that could show collective impact across children and youth, hunger and homelessness, and financial stability; to do that they engaged Seabrooks and its technology resources, e-CImpact and i-CResults.
Seabrooks delivered a shared data solution using e-CImpact to track investments and program performance and i-CResults to collect and analyze client outcomes, enabling common measures, real-time drill-down by district and reduced duplicate reporting. As a result, VSUW unified multiple Read On communities under Read On Phoenix, streamlined reporting across 130+ partners, and gained the ability to monitor citywide outcomes like school readiness and grade‑level reading—saving partner time and strengthening evidence of community impact.
