United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County - Customer Case Study

United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County (formerly United Way of Greater Milwaukee) invests $46.5 million annually across 160+ programs and needed a way to measure collective community impact across Education, Income and Health—rather than only individual program outcomes. Manual processes (Excel uploads and Access databases) made aggregation slow and inconsistent, so United Way turned to Seabrooks, which already supported their investment management with e‑CImpact, to help develop a better measurement solution.

Seabrooks worked with United Way to build i‑CResults, a cloud-based data measurement and analysis tool that integrates with e‑CImpact; in under two years the platform standardized shared outcomes and indicators across 23 issue areas and now more than 70 programs track and report uniform data. By replacing manual spreadsheets, Seabrooks’ i‑CResults enabled faster, more reliable aggregation and analysis of results, letting United Way demonstrate collective impact to donors, identify promising practices, and feed outcome data directly into its community investment process.
