United Way of Central New Mexico faced growing economic pressures and needed a cost-effective way to streamline outcome reporting, manage multiple grant processes (like Women in Philanthropy and EFSP), and track program performance while reducing maintenance overhead from their previous system. To address these challenges they selected Seabrooks’ e-Climpact as a new “assistant” to replace cumbersome manual workflows that once required up to two weeks of work for two staff to edit narratives and produce reports.

Seabrooks implemented e-Climpact with hands-on training and ongoing support, plus peer collaboration through a users’ group, enabling quicker, more accurate data collection and reporting. As a result, grantees now provide more concise answers, volunteers use site-visit time more effectively, demographic balancing and totals are automated, and allocation history and performance reports are available at the push of a button—reducing administrative burden and improving data quality while allowing United Way of Central New Mexico to manage multiple funding streams and move toward standardized performance measurements.
