A Seabrooks Case Study
The United Way of LaPorte County struggled with a paper-based funding process that required multiple copies (sometimes up to 10) of applications and supporting documents—often totaling ~50 pages per program—and generated paper, copy, and binder expenses of more than $200 per program annually. To address this, they turned to the e-CImpact software provided by Seabrooks.
Seabrooks implemented the e-CImpact online platform so program directors can complete applications and upload documents from anywhere, volunteers can review and score applications remotely, and staff can monitor progress and manage questions through a built-in Q&A. The result: elimination of extra copying and volunteer binders (used by up to 30 volunteers), reduced administrative costs and stress, clearer, more concise applications, and a more efficient, cost-effective allocation process thanks to Seabrooks.
