A Seabrooks Case Study
Aloha United Way faced a statewide homelessness crisis and a new $4.7 million grant to prevent eviction and rehouse people, but lacked a simple, coordinated way to collect and analyze service data across 18 community partners. Already operating Hawaii’s 211 and using Seabrooks’ e-CImpact for grant management, Aloha United Way needed an intake and outcomes tool to shift to a data-driven approach and launched a pilot of Seabrooks’ i-CResults to capture detailed assessments and streamline reporting.
Seabrooks’ i-CResults was implemented for 211 intake and partner service entry, giving AUW real-time data, automated reporting, and easier provider workflows. The initiative has helped over 4,700 individuals (4,751 total served) find housing or avoid eviction — 46% of whom were children — supported 1,537 households, produced weekly reports and referrals, and allowed AUW to monitor impact and refine services more effectively thanks to Seabrooks’ systems.
