Bechtle, one of Europe’s leading IT service providers, needed a better way to access and analyze HR data across more than 800 employees in the Netherlands. The HR team had growing requests for analysis to support policy decisions, but lacked an easy, centralized way to turn data into usable insights.

SD Worx implemented SD Worx Insights – Insights Cloud, linked to the HR & Payroll tool and Power BI, to make HR reporting more accurate, user-friendly, and easier to maintain. Bechtle moved from manual Excel exports to always up-to-date dashboards, started building its own advanced reports, and began automating administrative processes such as absence and leave dashboards, with SD Worx providing strong support during the pilot and rollout.
