How Bureau Veritas combined multiple payrolls with SAP integration

Bureau Veritas, the global testing, inspection and certification company, was manually processing around 1,300 payroll employees through spreadsheets across seven UK payrolls, creating a high risk of errors and a heavy administrative burden. Working with SD Worx and its managed/outsourced payroll services, the company also wanted to connect its global HR system, SuccessFactors, to payroll and move away from older, less integrated payroll processes.

SD Worx helped Bureau Veritas cleanse HR data, upgrade all seven payrolls at once, and build a SAP/SuccessFactors integration on a single go-live date. The project automated new starter setup and salary review changes, improved accuracy and error checking, and reduced manual input significantly, freeing the team for more strategic work and better work/life balance.
