Aquafin, a water treatment company with 1,100 employees across Flanders, needed to support a more digital, flexible way of working while keeping teams connected, motivated, and ready for future change. It worked with SD Worx on Payroll & HR and Time, alongside HR support and workshops for managers, to help address challenges around telework, workload distribution, knowledge sharing, and employee development.

SD Worx helped Aquafin strengthen its HR approach with wellbeing surveys, advisory support, and practical guidance on internal mobility, skills development, and smarter working practices. The results included employee satisfaction and engagement scores above the industry benchmark, a successful rollout of a bicycle lease plan adopted by 1 in 3 employees, and a greener vehicle fleet that is already 25% electrified or otherwise sustainable.
