Veolia Group in Poland Digitises HR Processes with SD Worx SAP Solutions

Veolia Group in Poland, part of the global Veolia organisation, wanted to digitise and standardise HR, payroll, and working time processes across its complex multi-company structure. To do this, it worked with SD Worx SAP Solutions and implemented SAP HCM S/4HANA Private Cloud, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and SuccessFactors Learning, along with SD Worx extensions.

SD Worx SAP Solutions delivered a unified HR platform that covered payroll, personnel administration, time management, budgeting, self-service, document workflows, and electronic signatures for nearly 5,000 employees. The rollout standardized payroll components and reduced them by 85%, aligned salary dates across the group, improved reporting and workforce cost monitoring, and enabled employees and managers to handle requests independently, with the project launched on schedule in March 2024.
