Siete24, a banking services provider in Colombia, partnered with Scylla to address the significant challenge of preventing ATM robberies. Their goal was to detect theft at an early, preventive stage by identifying specific suspicious objects and threatening behavior through an embedded camera, all while developing a solution that could run on small, on-site hardware.

Scylla implemented an AI surveillance solution using its Object Detection and Anomaly and Behavior Recognition modules to monitor ATMs and send real-time alerts. The vendor also provided a face-recognition access control system to prevent identity-theft-related felonies. This solution allowed Siete24 to proactively identify security breaches and eliminate forceful access to ATM vaults, enhancing overall loss prevention.
