Case Study: Chouette accelerates vineyard monitoring with Sculpteo 3D-printed camera shells

A Sculpteo Case Study

Chouette brings vineyard camera shells to market in just a few weeks with Sculpteo

Chouette, a company specializing in precision viticulture, needed to quickly develop a durable and aesthetically pleasing protective casing for its vineyard monitoring cameras. They partnered with the 3D printing vendor Sculpteo to find a cost-effective solution that would also enable a rapid time to market to meet seasonal demands.

Sculpteo utilized Multijet Fusion technology with Ultrasint® TPU01 material to produce the flexible camera shells, which were finished with a blue TPU coating. This solution allowed Chouette to complete its product development, including prototyping and small-scale production, in just a few weeks. This rapid turnaround from Sculpteo ensured the cameras were ready for the critical start of the winegrowing season, enabling winegrowers to implement precise, sustainable vineyard management practices.
