A ScrumGenius Case Study
MAX, a non-profit focused on recognizing the achievements of Muslim-Canadians, faced challenges with inefficient and lengthy meetings that often got sidetracked, as well as difficulties in building accountability among its team of staff and volunteers. To address this, MAX implemented ScrumGenius to automate stand-ups and streamline communication.
Using ScrumGenius, which integrates with platforms like Slack, the team created a digital record of tasks and shifted their in-person meetings to be action-oriented, focusing on resolving blockers. As a result, ScrumGenius helped cut meeting times by up to 200%, eliminating the need for follow-up emails and micromanagement while creating a system of shared accountability for the entire team.
