The gaming company Hitman partnered with Scrollmark to activate their community and generate user-generated content and feedback on Instagram. Hitman's challenge was to efficiently engage a large player base, gather valuable survey responses, and boost the organic reach of their social media posts without resorting to intensive manual monitoring.

Using Scrollmark's Drops platform, Hitman created an automated campaign that rewarded players with an in-game item for commenting on posts to receive a survey and for sharing video clips. This solution automated the collection of Instagram Story mentions and survey distribution via direct messages. As a result, Scrollmark helped Hitman collect 1,610 survey responses, generate 123 pieces of user-generated content, save 60 hours of manual work, and achieve significant viral engagement on their owned social channels.
