DNB, a financial services provider, needed a better way to support car dealers in a highly competitive auto financing market. Their existing paper-based contract process was slow and error-prone, with customers waiting days for contracts and about 12% of agreements containing errors that forced the process to start over.

To solve this, DNB worked with Scrive and implemented the Scrive eSign API in its DealerPad eSign mobile point-of-sale solution. The result was a dramatic improvement: contract errors fell from 12% to 0%, payout times to dealers dropped from 5 days or even weeks to just 30 minutes, and DNB won new automotive partnerships thanks to the improved customer and dealer experience.
