Tata Technologies, a global engineering services and IT solutions provider, needed to migrate from a custom CRM to Microsoft Dynamics CRM while also connecting SAP ERP and other enterprise applications. The company wanted a data integration approach that would reduce the burden on internal IT resources and improve business intelligence through more automated, reliable data sharing.
