Connexus Energy, Minnesota’s largest member-owned utility, needed a smoother way to move from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics GP while training IT to support a SQL ERP database. The company also wanted an easier way to map and share data across multiple enterprise systems, and it chose Scribe Software and its data integration solution to help connect those applications.

Scribe Software implemented a universal data integration layer between Microsoft Dynamics GP and Connexus Energy’s other systems, including GIS, CRM, work management, time entry, outage management, and website forms. The result was synchronized customer records across 128,000 accounts, elimination of duplicate data entry, more real-time information for field crews, and faster KPI reporting and data consolidation.
