Paulo Products Company needed to replace its aging CRM system and connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with its Oracle-based ERP so sales teams could work from complete, centralized customer data. The company needed a solution with strong usability and flexibility, while keeping customer, quote, and order information synchronized accurately across both systems.

Scribe Software implemented Scribe Insight with a pre-configured Dynamics CRM adapter and Scribe’s Online Replication Service to integrate ERP quotes into CRM, trigger workflow by territory, and feed CRM data into SQL Server for reporting.
